Typical Miami (but I've stayed in more than 50 hostels around the World - so have a reasonable benchmark), but everything about the front desk was slow - checking in, getting personal items back out of the security safe, paying for beers, even waiting to ask questions. More so, there seemed to be a sort of random approach to serving people waiting - staff would half check in one person, take money from another and start chatting to a guest at the end of the desk. Great staff, but rando

Well, I had booked a private room for 2 people, however, when I arrived the room was taken and I was offered a room shared by 6 other girls. Such inconvenience caused me hours of driving around in Miami in the serach for another hotel during summer season. Very disappointing.
