Bus from downtown Minneapolis - Nicollet Mall (pedestrian & bus only):
Get on Bus #17 or #18 Southbound. Get off at the intersection of 24th Street & Nicollet. Walk east two blocks to 24th Street and Stevens Avenue. The Minneapolis International Hostel is on your right, on the southwest corner of 24th St. and Stevens Avenue South.
Bus from the University of Minnesota - Minneapolis Campus:
Make your way to Washington Avenue. Get on Bus #2 Westbound. Get off at the intersection of Franklin Avenue & Stevens. Walk south two blocks to 24th Street. The Minneapolis International Hostel is on your right on the southwest corner of 24th St. and Stevens Avenue South.
Bus from Greyhound Terminal:
Walk four short blocks to Nicollet Mall (see above directions from downtown Minneapolis for further details).

Bus from Amtrak Station:
Make your way to University Avenue. Get on the #16 bus westbound to Nicollet Mall (see above directions from downtown Minneapolis for further details).

Bus from Minneapolis/St.Paul International Airport:
Get on the Light Rail Train and ride it to the Franklin Rail Terminal. Get off at this station and take the #2 bus west on Franklin Ave to the hostel as described above.

We are located in the Washburn Fair Oaks Historic Mansion district in the Whittier neighborhood in the Powderhorn community of Midtown Minneapolis, between Downtown and Uptown, across the street from the Minneapolis Institute of Art and Children's Theatre, two blocks from Minneapolis's Eat Street district, on four metro transit lines, and less than a half mile from the Midtwon Greenway.
