Auberge de Paris is a recently renovated hostel in the Plateau district of Montreal. We are only 15 minutes walk to downtown and the Old Port and situated 3 blocks away from restaurant and bar-laden St-Denis Street, Parc LaFontaine and St-Catherine Street. We are close to the Gay Village, a laundromat, a grocery store and a convenience store. Our hostel is perfect for large groups as we have 14-bed dorms which can be reserved just for you! We have free coffee and tea, some pancake mix and basic cooking things like olive oil, salt and pepper. There is a bar right next door to the hostel which serves our hostel guests a special: $3 beers and fresh popcorn on Friday and Saturday nights. Our friendly staff can always give you tips on what to do in the city, and once in a while we organize a night out if our guests show some interest. Hope to see you at Auberge de Paris! |

The hostel is newly opened and we appreciate all feedback and suggestions.
Small but sociable, we hope to accommodate everyone, but due to the small nature of the hostel complaints about guests will be dealt with seriously.

From the Airport:
Jump on bus 747 from just outside the arrivals terminal, tickets for this bus are $8 which can be purchased from the machine (with correct change) or from the Bureau De Change. Stay on the bus until Berri UQAM (the last one). Walk 2 blocks up Berri St, north west onto Rue Sherbrooke, turn right and walk 2 more blocks...voila hostel is on Rue Sherbrooke & Saint Andre.
(taxis from Berri UQAM are about $6)
From the Bus Station:
Berri UQAM bus station, please follow instructions above form the Berri UQAM bus stop.
From the Train Station:
Walk out onto Rue University, walk north 2 blocks (over Saint Catherine) up to Metro Station McGill on Boulevard Masionnevue, take the metro to Sherbrooke metro station. From the metro walk out onto Rue Sherbrooke go 2 blocks left to Sherbrooke & Saint Andre..voila hostel ici.
Located Near
Situated just south of the famous Plateau region, a few blocks north of the busy night life of Rue Saint Catherine and 3 or 4 blocks from the excellent Saint Denis & Saint Laurent. Not to mention 15 minute walk to old Montreal, we believe that the Auberge De Paris offers one of the best locations in town. Very easy access to public transportation.
