Situatued in a nice little Onsen town with some sweet views on distant mountains and quite a few sites in the area. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Expect a 'traditional' japanese inn with all it's facets. Would recommended for a few days of relaxation. It might be slightly confusing, but this Ryokan is not in the city of Nagano, but in the prefecture Nagano. Maarten, from Netherlands ~ 26th Nov 2009
