From the central train station by metro:
REMEMBER: You need to buy the ticket (1,10 euro) BEFORE you get on the metro, and then stamp it when you get on. You can get the tickets at any newsstand or tabacchi shop.
Walk outside the station on the left part of the square and take the Linea1 ( be careful not to get onto the line 2) direction PISCINOLA. Tickets cost 1,10 euro and can be bought inside the station tabacchi .
Get off at UNIVERSITA is the first stop
Exit the station universita and you will see a statue of a horse right outside, in the middle of the Piazza Bovio. Look in the opposite direction the horse is looking and you will see that the street splits in two. Take the left street, Via Depretis (not the uphill road).
You'll see a huge castle at the end of the street. Walk towards it on the left sidewalk. Before arriving at the castle, you will see a coffe bar call "Mavi Caffe" and a small street on the left, this is Via Melisurgo, our street. We are number 15, the last building on the left hand side, right after a bar with a green sign called 'Bar Seccia'

On foot from the train station:
Your journey should take about 25 minutes. Refer to the map and walk towards the city center on Corso Umberto. At end of Corso Umberto starts Via Depretis; walk on this until you are approximately 100 meters from Castel Nuovo. The last street on the left is via G. Melisurgo (there's a newspaper stand at the corner). We're at number 15 on the left.

From the airport:
Take the Alibus from outside the Arrivals terminal (follow the signs). These buses leave every 20mins from 6:00am to 23:40. Tickets cost 5 euros and you can buy them from the bus driver. You need to get off at the last stop called 'Molo Beverello', which is inside the port. From here the hostel is about 100m walk. With your back to the sea, you will see the Castel Nuovo to your left, Piazza Municipio directly ahead and on the right a number of tall buildings. The third from the left is the hostel building, with the big glass-fronted Hotel Romeo on the right side.

You need to exit the port directly ahead, cross the road (Via Colombo) and enter Via Melisurgo (the street next to the AGIP gas station). We are the first building on the right, number 15. You need to buzz to reception by pressing 48 and the bell symbol so we can let you in!

By Taxi: From the central station a taxi costs €13.50; from the airport it's €21.
To get into our building, please press 48 on the buzzer to ring reception. Then walk inside, turn left and take the elevator to the reception on the seventh floor. The lift works with a 10 cents coin. If you don't have it let us know when you buzz.
