30 minutes walk from Kintetsu Nara Station. 45 minutes on foot from JR Nara Station. It is convenient to take a bus from the stations, however the last bus to our nearest bus stop "Kasuga-taisha Honden" is around 16:30. We suggest to take the one bound for "Daibutsuden Kasuga-taisha Mae" after that it is a 15 minute walk to the guesthouse. There are some street lights in the Nara park area although it gets quite dark after sunset. We recommend you arrive before sunset so as not to be surprised by the deer in the darkness. Please also note that there are no supermarkets or shops within Nara Park. It is best to buy food and drink while you are still in the town area especially if you wish to cook in our guesthouse.
