Marlene una exelente atencion para con nosotros y nos resolvio nuestra estadia en Arequipa, el unico problema fue en el pasaje de Pirwa en Pirwa q bajo la atencion y nos hicieron mal la reserva de cuzco y de Puno. Tambien tuvimos un problema con Inca Word q es la empresa de viajas de Pirwa y no se querian hacer cargo del problema y no lograbamos hablar con un superior para solocionarlo ya q el encargado del problema desaparecia!!! los empleados de los pirwas de todo peru de 10!!
