American Dream Hostel
American Dream Hostel is located in the heart of Manhattan, from where you can begin exploring the wonders of New York City.
The friendly and helpful staff provides you with many facilities to make you feel at home. There are different types of comfortable, clean rooms available and a guestroom where you can take the chance to meet new people.
A free Breakfast is served from 7am to 11am and includes coffee, milk, toasts, marmalade, butter, peanut butter and cereal. We also have a guest kitchen with microwave and fridge if you wish to make your own food.
Our guest rooms include twin-bed rooms with two single beds, suitable for one or two people. The triple room sleeps two or three people and contains one double and one single bed. The dorms contain four single beds and sleep three or four people.
Our facilities include phone access.
Please note that we only permit students from 18 to 30 years of age in our dorm rooms.

Cancellation PolicyThis property has a 2 day cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay.

Check in is after 1 pm. A valid ID/passport and credit card (Master or Visa only) must be presented along with full payment upon arrival to check in.
Check out time is at 11am. There is a charge fee of $42.50 for all late check outs. Maximum stay is 21 days.
Cancellations must be received 48 hours the day prior arrival. All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card.
Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the equivalent of a night’s rate. There is no refund on groups of 10 people or more.

Please make reservations with Super Shuttle. Alternately, when you get to a NY Airport, look for a Blue Van (Super Shuttle); they can bring you to Manhattan right to the American Dream Hostel. They charge $19 person
You can take a taxi (Yellow only). From LGA airport the fare is about $40 and from JFK it's $70.
If you're in Manhattan:
Go to the East Side then take Lexington Avenue.
Follow the traffic to 24th Street and turn left; walk to the end of the block where you see a blue canopy. Our address is 168 East 24th Street.
Conveniently located in Manhattanâs historical Gramercy Park and Flatiron District neighborhood, American Dream is a stoneâs throw away from some of the cityâs popular sites and destinations: the Empire State Building, Flatiron Building, Madison Square Park and Union Square. Restaurants, bars and specialty shops also dot the surrounding neighborhood.
At American Dream, everything is a short walk (or subway ride) from something new to see or do while in New York.
