The room was tiny with no where to hang or put anything. The bed-side table had mouse droppings in the draw, we saw mice in our room and could hear them all night. The window didn't shut and the building backs onto a loud road. We had booked four nights but only stayed one, the staff were friendly and gave us a fll refund. I would not recommend the Chelsea Spot, it is well over priced for what it offers, there are far better rooms available in the area for a similar price.

super small bathrooms and space between beds, sketchy stairs, and very hot....not recommended. there are way better places in NYC

Only the location is good, the staff don't care about everything. I'm not sensitive to noise but too much is too much, the staff laugh the whole night with drunk people from outside! Moreover, the bathroom is a toilet and the shower, a cupboard...

Great area but the rooms were tiny as were the bathrooms. AC was a huge plus. Definitely bring your own pillow. The ones there were flat.
