The East Village Suite D is a beautiful, one-bedroom, two-room apartment that sleeps up to four people in the most dynamic part of Manhattan – the East Village.
This is the best place to eat out, see live entertainment, enjoy numerous pubs, cafés and restaurants, see local attractions and enjoy the real New York. The apartment is comfortable and modern with beautiful renovation. The beautiful bedroom has good closet space and a queen-size bed that sleeps two. The living room has a pull-out sofa bed that can sleep up to two people, plus cable TV with International channels. The kitchen is just the right size and has a stove, pots and pans, and a big refrigerator. You have everything at your disposal to cook your own meals. The kitchen also has a table with chairs. The apartment also comes with free, high-speed Internet access. It’s located on the first floor, with no elevator. This is a non-smoking apartment. The East Village Suite D and the other apartments managed by our company are the only environmentally-friendly serviced apartments in New York. We’re trying to have as little impact on environment as possible – the apartment is not perfect yet but it’s getting there. We use only eco-friendly cleaning supplies and recycled materials for all the paper and glass that we use in the apartment. We’ve signed a special contract with the electric company to ensure that we use only electricity generated by wind and water – it costs a little more but we think it’s worth it! We also try to use as much recyclable materials as possible. Nowadays everyone has to be thinking about the impact on our planet and it’s the little things like this that start to make a difference. After the booking is made we will ask you to pay 50% prepayment of the booking.
Cancellation policy:
If the booking is cancelled more than 21 days before arrival date, we will charge a $50 processing fee.
If the booking is cancelled 21-14 days before arrival date, we will charge a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the booking.
If the booking is cancelled 14-7 days before arrival date, we will charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booking.
If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival date the booking will be non-refundable.

There are several subway lines available around the apartment:
The L train goes cross-town on 14th Street; it's just two stops from bustling Union Square and from this train you can change to any train.
There's also an F train stop called 'Second Avenue - Lower East Side' which will take you straight to the Empire State building in just five minutes. Trains 4 and 6 called Astor Place - 8th Street-Lexington.

The East Village Suite D apartment is located on a quiet block right in the middle the eastern side of Greenwich Village, just two blocks from famous St Marks place one of New Yorks most dynamic neighbourhoods with a huge number of cafes, restaurants and bars. Greenwich Village has from its start been home to New Yorks artistic community. Bob Dylan, Jimmy Hendrix and many other musicians, poets and artists got their start here.
