This property has specific Terms & Conditions.We have a 72hr cancellation policy. Any changes to your reservation must be made at least three days before your scheduled date of arrival.
Bookings of less than five nights may be charged an additional $8.95 laundry fee.
A late fee of $27.95 will charged for check-ins after 11pm.
There is a minimum stay of two nights on weekends.
Check-in: 11am to 11pm.
Check-out: 2pm
Payment is due upon arrival by cash only, please.

Public transport is the best way to get to us.
From JFK:
Take the AirTrain to Howard Beach stop. Then switch to the A subway. Take the A subway to Hoyt-Schermerhorn stop and switch to the G train (going towards Court Square). Get off at Bedford-Nostrand.
From LaGuardia airport:
Take the Q33 bus to 74th St-Roosevelt station. Switch to the 7 or E subway and take to Court Square stop. Switch to the G subway and get off at Bedford-Nostrand ave.
By Taxi:
Tell the driver to take you to the address in Brooklyn. Tell the driver it is near Pratt University and Fort Greene. The cost is $40 from JFK, $35 from LGA (prices are estimates from past experiences).

Located in a hip area of Brooklyn. We are just a few blocks from great restaurants and bars in Fort Greene. We are close to Pratt university, which has a lively and fun open campus. The NYC subway is just a couple of blocks away, so convenience is at the fingertips.
