From Laguardia Airport take the M60 bus to '125 St' and transfer to the A, D express subway train (or B, C local) to '145 St' stop.
From JFK Airport take the AirTrain to 'Jamaica Station'. From Jamaica you can take the LIRR train to '34 St Penn Station' (much faster, but a little more money). From Penn Station transfer to the A express subway train (or C local) uptown to '145 St'.
