The staff were not friendly at all, the first thing they asked for was money and then explaining the things for which I am going to be fined. There is also a hidden cost of 5$ for leaving luggage at the luggage room after check out...compared to other hostels I have been to this has been the worst , only good thing about it was the location

I recently visited New York City and could not have been more pleased with my stay at the Jazz Hostel. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly, and also informative about what to do and how to get there. The room and beds are small but cleaned every day, and there is also a comfortable lounge area available for computer/internet use, eating or watching television. The hostel is located about a block away from the subway meaning that you're literally that close to anywhere you want to go i
