The Lower East Side Suite B is a beautiful, two bedroom, 3 room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people in the most dynamic part of Manhattan - the East Village - the best place to eat out, see live entertainment, enjoy numerous pubs, cafes and restaurants, see local attractions and enjoy the real New York. The apartment is comfortable and modern with beautiful renovation. The Lower East Side Suite B and the other apartments managed by our company are the only environmentally-friendly serviced apartments in New York. We are trying to have as little impact on environment as possible - the apartment is not perfect yet but it is getting there. We are using only eco-friendly cleaning supplies and recycled materials for all the paper and glass that we use in the apartment. We have signed a special contract with the electric company to ensure that we use only electricity generated by wind and water - it costs a little more but we think it is worth it! We also try to use as much recyclable materials as possible. Nowadays everyone has to be thinking about the impact on our planet, and it's the little things like this that start to make a difference. Please, read our tips on becoming a "green" traveler!!! The apartment has two beautiful bedrooms,one with queen size bed and another with full size bed. The living room has a pull out sofa bed that can sleep up to 2 people as well as cable TV with International channels. The apartment also comes with free high speed Internet access and free International calls to International landlines so you can keep in touch with your family and friends back home. The kitchen is just the right size and has a stove, pots and pans, and a big refrigerator. You have everything at your disposal to cook your own meals. Kitchen also has a table with chairs. Considering the apartment location and the amenities, the apartment is one of the best apartments in our database in terms of value for money. We hope to see you in New York!

There is parking on Essex Street between Stanton and E Houston Avenue. There are also two mobile subscription stores (in case you want to get a local sim-card to make calls): AT&T on Allen Street and T-Mobile on Delancey Street.There are several subway lines available around the apartment – F train at East Broadway stop, which is located on Rutgers street in two blocks away from your house; B, D trains at Grand street stop go to Midtown along 6th Ave and to anywhere in Brooklyn, you can take this train to Empire State Building, the stop located on the corner of Grand street and Chrystie street, in 4 blocks away from your house.

The Lower East Side Suite B is located on a quiet block right in the middle the eastern side of Greenwich Village, just couple blocks from famous St Marks place, one of New Yorks most dynamic neighborhoods with a huge number of cafes, restaurants and bars.Greenwich Village has from its start been home to New Yorks artistic community. Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix and many other musicians, poets and artists got their start here.
