My house is small with a relaxed and intimate atmosphere. It is OFF THE BEATEN TRACK but yet, local attractions are just stone throw away. Cancellation Policy

This property has specific Terms & Conditions.1. 13% (8% sales +5% occupancy) Tax is not included in the rate. It will be collected at check-in.
2. There is a minimum stay requirement during certain holidays. 3. We have a 48-hour cancellation policy.
4. No checks, credit or debit cards accepted.
5. Check-in: 3pm until 9pm (or later if pre-arranged in advance) * Check-out: 11am.
6. Children under five years of age (maximum one child) stay free in the same room with the adults using existing bed setting. If the number of occupants exceeds two in each room, please specify age when sending reservation/inquiry request. Thanks!
7. Valid photo ID (ie. Driver's license, passport, identity card, etc) is required at check-in.

You can walk to our property (about 2 miles) or Take Bus 50A or 50B. Ask the driver to drop you off at McKoon & Monteagle stop. Walk NW to 2802 Lewiston Rd. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be advised that the Bus service to our property has been re-routed until further notice. Bus driver might drop you farther away from our property.
From/To Amtrak train station (Niagara Falls, NY)
We strongly recommend to take taxi to our property. Approx $5-8.
From Greyhound Bus stop (Niagara Falls, NY)

Depending on time of day and day of week, you can take the bus to/from Buffalo Niagara International Airport (# 204) to Downtown Buffalo ($2) then transfer to Bus # 40 for Niagara Falls Portage Transportation Center($2). Then you can walk or take taxi (approx $5-7) to our property.
