With stunning panoramic views of Nice and the Mediterranean, our Villa is set in a private garden and featuring a chapel converted into a vibrant Lounge Bar.
We have a variety of private and shared rooms - most ensuite, some with sea view and balcony. All rooms include free linen, super comfortable beds and free onsite parking. The bar is open until late with drinks from €1 and a nightly happy hour. Gourmet meals are available from 7pm!

Our number is 0033 493 844 283. Call us from the station/airport for a free pickup 10 minutes later at the tram/bus stop.
FROM THE TRAIN STATION:
Call us on 0033 493 844 283 when you arrive at the train station (there are also a number of payphones at the station).
Exit the train station and turn left, walk down the road to Avenue Jean Medecin where the tram stop is located. Purchase a 1.50EUR tram ticket from the machine at the stop (make sure to validate it on board).
Take the tram in the direction of Henri Sappia and get off at the Comte de Falicon stop (6 stops). Cross the road and wait right in front of the Casino supermarket. We will pick you up in a Toyota minibus with our logo on the passenger side.
FROM THE AIRPORT
Bus 23 - 1.50EUR - 40 - 50mins:
From Terminal 1, take bus number 23 (there is a free shuttle bus between Terminal 2 and 1).
Purchase a 1.50EUR ticket on board. Take the bus to the stop Place Saint Maurice and we will pick you up in a Toyota minibus. Call us on 0033 493 844 283 from your mobile phone. Wait by the Orange Pizza Van in the centre of the square.
Please note: The last departure of Bus 23 from Terminal 1 is at 21h35.
After 21h35 take 98 Bus - 6EUR - 40 - 50mins:
Bus 98 from Terminal 1 or 2 to the bus stop Albert 1er, which is the first stop as the bus turns left off the promenade. Keep walking and follow the road as it turns right onto the main square Place Massena. Turn left at the fountain and follow tram lines to Massena tram stop.
Take the tram in the direction of Henri Sappia and get off at Comte de Falicon (9 stops).
Cross the road and wait right in front of the Casino supermarket. Call us on 0033 493 844 283.
We will pick you up in a Toyota minibus. The shuttle bus runs from 8h-13h and 17h-2h (Times vary by season).
Please note: The last departure of Bus 98 from the airport is at 23h35.
BY FOOT FROM THE TRAM STOP
Cross the square and Take Avenue du Ray to the roundabout (a stadium will be on your right-hand-side). Cross the roundabout, and walk up the hill to the traffic lights. Across the intersection is a steep hill. Walk up the hill (past a school on the right). At the intersection turn left onto Avenue Gravier. Villa Saint Exupery is 20 metres down Avenue Gravier on the left-hand-side.
Take exit 54 Nice Nord off the A8 highway. Take the last exit off the roundabout, following signs for Centre Ville. When you see the Comte de Falicon tram stop on the left (about 500 metres from the highway), turn left.
Follow Avenue du Ray (you will see the football stadium on the right hand side). Cross the roundabout, up to the traffic lights. Across the intersection is Vieux Chemin de Gairaut. Drive up it (past a school on the right). Turn left onto Avenue Gravier. Villa Saint Exupery is 20 metres down Avenue Gravier on the left-hand-side.
FROM THE PORT
Call us when you arrive at the Port. From the North-West corner of the Port, walk up Rue Cassini to Place Garibaldi (80m) .
Purchase a 1.50EUR tram ticket from the machine at the stop.
Take the tram in the direction of Henri Sappia and get off at the Comte de Falicon stop (11 stops). Cross the road and wait right in front of the Casino supermarket. We will pick you up in a Toyota minibus.

There is a direct bus to the airport; the Matisse and Chagall Museum and Park are just over the hill.
The tram goes from here to the train station, Old Town, the beach and Nice Port.
