From the Novi Sad's main bus/train station you can come with public bus or taxi.
With public bus you should take bus number 11 (the stop is on the main street in front of the station). Bus No.11 makes a round route so you can take any direction. Get off the bus at the stop near the river in between the two brides. From there Hostel is only 100m away, but someone will be there waiting for you. The price for the bus is 45 RSD one ways.
If you are coming by taxi take one of the major companies Taxi is around 200-250 RSD (approx 2 EUR).
From the airport you have buses every 2 hours to Novi Sad's main bus/train station and than you can use any of the above ways of coming to the hostel.
The price for the airport bus is 950 RSD (approx 9 EUR).

Hostel Friends 021 is situated just 50m away from river Danube and 10 min walking from Petrovaradin Fortress which makes it perfect if you are visiting Exit Festival. Hostel is in Dunavska street, one of the most famous streets in the city, which makes your downtown browsing very easy. All the bars and clubs are minutes away. It takes 10-15 min to get to the hostel from main bus and railway station by public transport.
