This cute hostal is perfectly located in the center of Ollantaytambo, near the train station and at the base of the ruins. Completely rebuilt in 2007, the new beds, bathrooms, and hot showers in particular are of the highest quality and will delight you! Several rooms have views of the ruins, or relax in our garden. The on-site restaurant is popular among travelers, and we also have a rooftop deck with a bar and 360 degree views of the town and its amazing Incan ruins. (Note the bar is 'bring your own' and does not have staff) The owner and staff are very knowledgeable about the local area and its ruins and are happy to help with any questions you may have. Our adventure tour agency, KB Tambo Tours, has been featured in BIke Magazine USA as well as several newspapers internationally. So whether you want to relax, eat,, have an adventure - or all of the above, we are here to serve you ! Note we are not a party hostel, more striving for the 'quiet oasis' vibe. We are located in the center of town on the main street, just off the main square (Plaza de Armas). We are 10 meters 'downhill' from the Plaza, towards the giant fortress ruins of Ollantaytambo.
We are at the intersection of the main road and the road that goes down to the train station. From the train station, simply come up the 1km from the station and you will run into our front door when you reach the main street. From Cusco, enter town, pass through the Plaza and we are 10 meters downhill on the right hand side.
