Tuscana is located in the heart of Orlando's premier Golf Community Champions Gate. Only 6 miles from Disney world and easy I-4 access to all Central Florida.

We offer 2 and 3 bedroom fully furnished suites with full kitchen and washer in dryer in each unit, sleeping 6 and 8 persons. Tuscana is a self catering resort located in the heart of Orlando's premier Golf Community Champions Gate. Our gated Mediterranean style resort offers a tastefully decorated club house featuring a 25 seat movie theater/conference room/business center and fitness center. We have a large beach style pool, sun deck that is surrounded by shaded cabanas. We have a large Jacuzzi and a children pool with fountain to splash in. Our restaurant is open for breakfast and dinner our pup style pool bar is open each evening. The suites are decorated and designed for entertaining or relaxing. Each unit has two bathrooms and 2 Queen size beds, the 3 BR has two twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. Every room has its own TV. There is a Queen pullolut sofa in the living room, dinning table for 6, complete kitchen appliances and dishware. Every suite has a large washer and dryer. for those that want to sit outdoors there is a screened porch with table and chairs If your stay is less than 5 nights there will be a one time housekeeping fee of $35 + tax for a 2bed condo and $45 + tax for a 3 bed condo. Please request cribs (Pack n Play) prior to arrival. The cost is $5/night + tax. Cancellation policy as per contract, Amendments must be made 48 hrs prior to check-in, No refunds will be issued for No Shows or Early Departures For security purposes, at check-in you will be required to either authorize a major credit card for $300 (refundable) or purchase a Property Protection Plan for $39 (non-refundable, covers up to $1,500 in damages) Tuscana is located at exit 58 off of Interstate 4. Turn right on Goodman Rd. There's a 7-11 on the corner. If you will be arriving after 9 pm please call the resort for information regarding access code and lock box procedures, Check-In time is 4 pm Check-Out time is 11 am |

Take North Exit out of Orlando Airport & follow signs for Beachline Expressway (528) WEST. Once on the Beeline you will pass through 2 tolls. Continue on this road until you reach the I-4. Take I-4 WEST (towards Tampa). Continue heading WEST on I-4 until you reach exit 58 (Hwy532). Exit and remain on the right. Make your first right onto S.Goodman Rd � between the 7-11 and Chilies Restaurant carry down & you will drive directly into Tuscana Resort. The lobby is open till 12:00 AM Eastern Time MON-SAT and Sundays until 10PM EST .If you plan to arrive after-hours you must call for your access code and key.
