Honestly I was not happy to arrive into Biarritz and find out that this hostel no longer existed. It took me 20 euros in a cab to go to where it should have been and the fact that I was then unable to have any accomodation for 6 nights, spend another 20 euros on getting back into town and lost my deposit was dissapointing. This hostel should be removed straight away as I know a lot of other people were in my situation. A refund on the deposit would be nice as well. Thanks suzzanne, from Australia ~ 21st Jul 2009
