The village informed in the message of reservation was inserted "St Julien de Genevois" when the hotel was in another village (Seynod).Important mistake publish in the web. When we phoned to the hotel to ask for the exact address , we were informed by the staff of hotel that it was in Annecy, but we couldn't find the addres in GPS!!! Because of it was exactly finally in SEYNOD!!! The character of Staff reception very bad. Moreover, they wanted us pay more than the price booked by internet. Maria, from Spain ~ 26th Aug 2009
