While it was very clear that they made every attempt to keep the room clean and bug free, there were certainly bed bugs and mites living in the room. Overall though, it was not bad at all and was certainly not an unpleasant stay. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Michael, from USA ~ 18th Oct 2009
