A real home from home, we welcome you to our small family run Bed & Breakfast close to the centre of Newport Town on the beautiful island of the Isle of Wight.

We offer you a warm and friendly stay in our quiet B&B, which is 15 minutes walk away from Newport town center.

We offer two rooms, one with en-suite and the other with private separate bathroom. Our rooms take a maximum of two people only. (If you turn up with more people than this your booking will be cancelled.)

We offer free pick up from Newport town center and return on departure. (Not available from 29-11-09 to 12-01-10)

You may leave your luggage on our premises to be picked up later in the day, if required, or dropped to you in Newport town center, when you have finished exploring our lovely island.

We have storage for bicycles.

We offer a Full English or Continental breakfast.

We are a non smoking establishment.

We do not have laundry or kitchen facilities for your use.

We do not accept children or pets, and our minimum age is 18.

Although we have no curfew, for the comfort of other guests and neighbours that may be asleep we ask that you respect our no noise policy after 11pm. Any disruptive guests will be asked to leave.
