Not impressed. I emailed the hotel a few weeks before to change the booking date which they said was fine but when i called to confirm the booking on the day we were due to arrive they had not changed the booking and had no room for us that day. They made no apology for this and when i asked if they could help find an alternative hotel they said they couldn't. Really unhelpful. I would not recommend this hotel.
