The flow of information from the website to the manager could improve 100 %. The manager wasn't even aware we had reservations. Good thing I brought my confirmation papers. No cooking utensils in the kitchen. The assistant manager was gracious to loan us some pots and pans. The microwave in the kitchen hasn't been cleaned in 20 years and was filthy.
