Dar Jeddy is a beautiful house in a rural setting of a small Berber village between Marrakech and the High Atlas Mountains. A wonderful area if you like walking and visiting places in Morocco. Sitti Fatma, Oukhaimeden (Ski resort) and Imlil are all within easy reach. A day trip can take you to the coast at Essouira or even Casablanca. The house is situated in its own grounds and comprises 2 comfortable apartments each with 2 bedrooms (sleeping 4/5), sitting room, bathroom and kitchen. There is a relaxing garden, full of aromatic herbs and roses; from the roof terasse you have wonderful panoramic views over the Marrakech plains and the mountain range. |

The village of El Hajeb is just 30 km from Marrakech which is easily accessible by bus or grand taxi. Most of the families in the area are farmers, others are developing local crafts. There is a weekly Souk in the area.
You will be welcomed and transport organised for you from Marrakech or the airport: Hassan is available to come and meet you at any time (15 euros per person). Alternatively taxis are available at the airport. Ask to be taken to Tnine Ourika and telephone to be met there.
