This hostel was great! its in a great location and it has a terrace that looks out onto the sea, so nice seeing the sun rise from there. very clean and the staff was very kind and helpful when we had questions.

I would say this is a motel for younger folks...its got the basic features in a room...although could be hot in summer without air con (only fan).

Extremly Dirty, won't change bed sheets, talk a lot, not do a lot staff. Perfect location if clean.

Excellent location, next to night life in Palma (no need for transportation at night). However the staff was very poor and lazy. The reception was most of the time closed. The rooms were very dusty and were not clean at least at a minimal level as they should be; when we asked for clean sheets complaining that the ones we had contained hairs and stains, we were told that it was A NORMAL THING for CLEAN SHEETS to contain SOME HAIR and STAINS!?!?! Something was obviously wrong with them. Towel
