Enjoy your holidays with all comforts in our lovely studios in Parikia. We are very closed to the beach and the Old Town of Parikia. Many shops, cafes, Greek restaurants are few minutes walking distance away from our studios. Having our studios as your home, you will move easily to the island.
All the studios offer self-catering facilities (mini fridge, cooking facilities, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots & pans, toaster oven,kettle), AC, heating and TV. The rooms are decorated with wooden furniture and have private balconies with nice view, sunset view or view of the village. We pick you up from the airport/port and move to our apartments for FREE
-If you have your own car and prefer to come alone:
Port of Paros --> In the first 200 m you will find a cross--> Turn right at Periferiakos road of Parikia direction to the Airport/Aliki and immediately turn left in a smaller road. 30 meters later turn right and you will see our lovely hotel.

We are located in a typical traditional area of Parikia. Parikia is the capital & the port of the island of Paros with many shops, Greek traditional restaurants, cafes & bars. There are many sandy organized beaches in walking distance from our studios & you could visit some of our sandy beaches in Parikia with a small boat, an unforgettable experience. In Parikia you could find super market, banks, post office, pharmacies. There are many monuments, water sports and other sports activities.
