Not a lot of character (it's a hotel) but it has good security (small safe in room) and I liked the location near to cheap bars and a Carrefour hypermarket 10 minutes walk away. Jennifer was helpful on reception and my room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels and soaps etc. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

The hotel/hostel is a really good value for money; a bit far from the centre, but close to a metro station, so the distances didn't seem too long. Private bathroom (clean!!!) was a really good thing as well as free internet access. However, as Armstrong is not a typical hostel, but a hotel actually, it can be diffcult to spot any interesting backpacker types there. It's defenietely not a very party - lively place, but a nice, clean and safe little hotel situated in a bit dodgy but interesting ar

Quite far from the city center, but a few steps away from a metro station which gives you access to the whole city. We were supposed to have a double bed which turned out to be 2 simple beds side by side. 2 friends travelling with us were in the same situation, but they are not a couple. Laundromat near by and a few grocery stores. For what we paid it was quite worth it.

It was very clean but the location is very off center. It was good for us since it meant that they were closer to the highway and easier to get to the airports. They have a bar, a pool table and computers downstairs.

A legitimate hotel for the price of a hostel. Location may seem like a downside (not in center, 20 min. metro ride from major sites) but it takes you away from the hoards of tourists, a huge plus.
