We are warm and friendly Guest House just 6 minutes ride from the center of Paris Opera district.
We have 3 studios with private kitchenette facing the large garden with private Shower/ Toilet. We have free Wifi.
The studios are respectively for 2, 3 and 4 people. Each have a double bed.
The larger ones have also bunk beds.
We are only 5 minutes ride from La Defense : La Grance Arche and the Shopping Center Les 4 Temps and We 15 minutes from The Champs Elysées & Eiffel Tower.
For late arrivals pls emal first for acceptance. No smoking in the Guest House, only in the garden or underthe gazebo. Payment in cash upon arrival. No credit cards accepted.
No animals accepted. We have a white cat who is afraid of other animals.

No pets alowed. When booking kindly email us is you require additional breakfast.
