Friend's Hostel in Paris, France

it's in a very bad neighborhood. i've been to 3 different hostels in Paris, this is really bad. i had booked the room a month before i arrived to the hostel, but when i arrived they told me that they have raised the price!! then they put me in a 6 bed room eventho i paid for a 3 bed room, i basically had to fight for the room which was available! next day i had to change rooms, so i checked out and kept my suitcase in the locker, went wandering in the city, when i got back, which was new years 3 Yosra, from Saudi Arabia ~ 9th Jan 2010

We booked a 4 bed bedroom for our group of 4 people. We confirmed it via e-mail and phone several times. But when we arrived we found the only beds available were 2 in a 13 beds bedroom (thought it was a store in a court) and 2 more in 2 other different rooms. The only answer we received at the reception was “I just work here. If you want I can give your money back and you look for another place”. I just can say it’s not a reliable place to stay in.
