very dirty and very loud, every single mattress has a hole in it from the many people having slept in them, with every movement in the bed you wake someone up because they're squeaking with every single movement you make in you bed, also the blankets were very dirty (as if never washed), Staff is not caring about their guests in the morning, with lots of noise they are doing their work, when everybody is sleeping. Speaking with several guests of the hostel, everybody was disappointed to get such Karen, from Germany ~ 4th Nov 2009

Security is a bit of a joke here. No lockers, luggage room is unlocked w/ door open, rooms are usually unlocked. Sleep can be a challenge since the door are very this and glass paneled. Bring earplugs. You have to go outside to get to the bathrooms/showers which is a bit rough on cold mornings. I will say that I booked the wrong nights and the staff was very helpful in fixing that for no extra charge. Also people were friendly and the bar was fun (although very expensive).
