Located in a quiet street in the old centre of Parikia, Niki's pension is only 70metres from the beach and, perhaps more importantly, within a 2-minute walk of a choice of bars, restaurants and shops.
English owned and managed, Niki's pension is the perfect choice for visitors who want a room close to the sea in a lovely old Cycladic town.
With only 6 rooms surrounding a furnished terrace, Niki's Pension is intimate and friendly and provides all guests with TV, Air-conditioning and a fridge. There is free wireless internet in every room and a laundry service is available. We offer our guests excellent breakfasts in our comfortable lounge and dining room and also provide gourmet packed lunches on request. Unlike seafront hotels in Paroikia, there is no traffic permitted or possible in our street so peace and quiet is guaranteed.

The airport of Paros is situated 9 kilometres to the south west of Parikia, near the village of Alyki. There are regular flights to and from Athens.
There is a regular bus service from Parikia's centre with connections to all parts of the island. To reach the island's airport will take 20 minutes by car.
The hotel is just metres from the seafront of Parikia.
Everything is within walking distance: supermarket, post office and numerous shops selling a variety of merchandise.
Parikia has many popular cafes, bars and restaurants and is lively during the summer months.
There are also many beaches on the outskirts of Parikia, which can be reached on foot or by small boat service operating regularly during summer from the port. Alternatively, of course, they can be reached by car or bike.
