The place is pretty good, since it is relatively new, the furnitures are good. The only problems are toilet is a bit smelly and some rooms has no window. Shihong, from USA ~ 11th Nov 2009

we spent two days in Penang from 4-5/Nov, this hostel was definetly fantastic. Staff (Uncle) is very helpful in offering directions,suggestions and recommendations, the free coffee provided in Old Penang House is very good. room is very clean, the lights is beautiful. too much rain during our stay make the night a bit noisy, but overall, best hostel ever....and WE love penang!
