By car from the A14 exit Pescara Ovest / Chieti and continue on Axis Equipped (ring road) towards Pescara. Turn south towards Pescara - Francavilla al Mare - Adriatic Stadium. Continue south to Pescara Out New Year's Eve. Continue for 500m and after the roundabout turn right for San Silvestro. 3km climb up to the road Vicinale Trappeto Section II.
By train get off at Pescara Centrale, take the bus on the square in front of Urban # 7 New Year's Eve and get off the road Vicinale Trappeto II Taken from the third last stop.
From the airport take the city bus 38 to Pescara Central Station and then proceed to 7 as before.

We are half way between Pescara and Chieti each center within a 10 minute drive. In a strategic position near the sea, to the highways, the airport, the marina and the university centers 'D'Annunzio' in five minutes by car or 10min by public transport.
