TOMBSTONE BACKPACKERS is at the cross roads for destinations North, South East and West in the South Island.
We offer a free shuttles pick up both from and to the ferries, bus, train or water taxis.
Tombstone is directly above the Bluebridge ferry terminal and at the junction of all main Roads out of Picton. We are at the beginning of the Queen Charlotte Drive.

Tombstone is and easy 8 minute walk to town where there are cafes and supermarket . Explore the harbour, play mini golf,or visit the Aquarium. Enjoy our local walks, The Snout Track, Bobs Bay, Dam's walk and more. Soon to be opened Kaipupu point a bird sanctuary. Take a day trip out into the sounds, walk, kayak or mountain bike some of the Queen Charlotte track. Scuba diving,or fishing. Wine tours. Use our local knowledge of the Queen Charlotte track and the Sounds for all your booking!
