Pitlochry Youth Hostel
With stunning views over the town and surrounding area, Pitlochry Youth Hostel is ideal for families, groups or individuals looking for good value accommodation away from the noise and bustle of the busy main street.
In one of the most beautiful parts of Scotland, Pitlochry is easily accessible by train and bus and perfectly situated for touring Highland Perthshire.
If you want a relaxing stay you can spend your time browsing the shops, eating and drinking in local restaurants, or visiting the town’s two excellent distilleries. Other attractions include Pitlochry Festival Theatre, leaping salmon at the town’s fish ladder, Blair Castle and the Queen's View. Not to be missed is the ‘Enchanted Forest’ in nearby Faskally woods in October.
If you’re looking for a more active stay, there’s fishing, golf and walking, as well as many water and extreme sports activities.
The youth hostel, which opened its doors more than 35 years ago, has two separate lounges to enjoy some quiet time or share adventures with other guests. Parking is free.
