Villa is cca 50mt from the sea and offers unique view on the blue Adriatic sea and the islands Brac, Solta, Small and Big Drvenik. Villa offers fantastic accommodation in 6 beautiful apartments with air conditioner and TV-sat. All apartments are new, with modern furniture, LCD tv-sat, air-conditioner, kitchen, WC-bathroom, terrace and bedrooms. In front of the villa is 25m size swimming pool, sun umbrellas, barbecue, parking. The beach is cca 150mt from the sea. The bus station is 200 metres away and it offers transport links to the centre of Split, which is 8 km from Podstrana. Please note: Check-in from 14:00 - 23:30 Check- out by 10:00 - 11:00 Cancellation policy is 3 days in advance We accept payment by cash only Pets are not allowed. Minimum length of stay is 7 nights and must start on a Saturday in July & August. And in June & September – 3 days minimum. We do airport pickups. The price is 50 euro’s, (375 kn). |

From West
Take the ferry from Ancona to Split and disembark in Split Center. Follow the sighs to Omis and the villal is approximately 500 meters ahead after you reach Table Podstrana.
From South
From Dubrovnik, follow the signs to Split. When you reach Podstrana, which is 20 kilometers from Omis, you will drive approximately 2 more kilometers and the villa will be on the right.
From North
From Rijeka/Zagreb, Take Highway to Split and do not turn into Centar. Follow the signs to Omis or Podstrana. When you reach Table Podstrana the hotel is approximately 500 meters ahead on the right.

Podstrana is located about 8kms southeast of the city centre Split. You will be surrounded by cafes, domestic restaurants, Mediterranean vegetation, mountains, churches and it is packed with history but the favourite attraction is the kilometres of undisturbed picture perfect beaches.
