A great hostel located in a local business orientated neighborhood (funky vintage shops, little eateries, etc). Not quite centrally located, but definitely within walking distance. The staff are all quite helpful; Happy even found me a Latin Roman Catholic Mass upon request. Free pastries and bagels and extra toiletries if you've forgotten yours.
