Modern villa 100 meters from the beach and very close to the Porto airport. Quiet residential area and very pleasant. Public transport to the center of Porto in front of the house. The whole house can be used: backyard for children to play, barbecue, solarium with hammocks. Free internet, cable TV, kitchen, washer and dryer. Parking available. The house has 4 rooms on 3 floors. The top floor is a loft with sights, sounds and smell of the sea, where it is very nice to catch some sun bathing. It is a new, modern place. An ideal home for families (with or without children) who want to know Porto, but also other cities of northern Portugal, as Guimaraes, Braga, Viana do Castelo, Aveiro and Geres National Park, Parque Natural do Douro Internacional and Montesinho. From here you can easily go to all these cities, and the South part of the country, either by motorway or on country roads. All information requests will be provided, as well as the best route to do. A very pleasant place to have fun on your vacation. |

From the airport:
1. Follow southeast (signs for Porto / Matosinhos / Maia). Continue ahead;
2. Take exit 1 to converge with A41 towards Perafita / Viana Castelo / Vila do Conde / A28;
3. Take exit 1 on the left to merge into A28 towards Matosinhos / Porto / A1 / Lisbon;
4. Take exit 10 toward Perafita;
5. At the roundabout, take the 1 exit for Silva Aroso Street. Continue until Rua Dr. Jose Domingues Dos Santos;
6. Turn left toward the Avilhoso street;
7. Slight right toward Caminho das Amarelinhas;
8. Take the 1. right towards the Corgo street;
9. Take the 1. left towards the Carlos Ribeiro street;
10. At the roundabout, take the second exit to Costa Mota street;
11. Turn left toward Padre Manuel Rua Teixeira de Melo. The number 445 is the house.
