from the bus station: take city bus No. 7, to get to downtown, down in Buenos Aires and Bolivar, Bolivar walk 2 blocks to 1439.
another option: taxi or remis (there is 1 station opposite the bus terminal)
If coming by car from Buenos Aires, follow route # 12 (av. Quaranta) to av. Uruguay, followed by av. Uruguay to av. Mitre, turn right, go to General Paz Street (9 blocks), turn left to Calle Bolivar (8 blocks) and turn left again to numbering 1439 (1 and 1/2 blocks or so).
