Everything was great... except the beds. Very HARD sleeping surface.

do not stay here if you value your privacy in any way. most of the staff wernt that friendly, nor were the cleaning staff.

It is possible to walk to the center of Prague or take the tram. The people working there speak good english and are helpfull. The place is cleen bot the beds are VERY hard.
