A nice old hostel in a good location, but, totally mismanaged. The place is a disaster, and the friendly staff guys just sit and watch TV... The kitchen is outdoors, and looks like, "tales from the crypt." I have been to over 60 hostels during my journeys to 88 countries and this one rates in the bottom three.
