Nous avions réservé 3 nuits pour 8 personnes. Nous avons ensuite prévenu par mail et par téléphone que nous ne resterions que deux nuit pour 7 personnes. L'auberge de jeunesse a facturé 3 nuits et 8 personnes, alors même que nous avions pris une assurance annulation sur Hostels.com. Ce type de pratique n'est pas acceptable.
