The only hostel right beside corcovado national park. And the lowest priced hotel near the park.
If you want to be immersed in pure nature, this is the place to do it! With many waterfalls and beautiful ocean views, Bolita is a semi-sustainable hostel on over 61 hectares of rainforest in the Golfo Dulce Forest Reserve. It's bordered on one side by the beautiful Rio Tigre, and on the other side by Corcovado National Park, one of the most bio-diverse places on earth! We are nestled in Costa Rica's Osa Peninsula, next to the small gold mining village of Dos Brazos de Rio Tigre.

A micro bus goes to Dos Brazos from the \'Super 96\' grocery store on weekdays at 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. The 14 kilometer trip takes 40 minutes and costs $2 but no weekend service. You can also get here by taxi for about $20
Puerto Jimenez is the largest town in the Osa Peninsula. Unless you are driving, you\'ll need to go there first to connect to buses to and from Dos Brazos

Located Near

Bolita is located next to the town of Dos Brazos de Rio Tigre. In the 80's it was a bustling gold mining mecca with 3,000 people. Today Dos Brazos is a sleepy little town of just 300 inhabitants. It's a small oasis of civilization, surrounded by the jungle of the forest reserve that encompasses Corcovado. If an authentic experience of an almost completely preserved way of life is what you are after, this is the place to find it.
Gold mining and horse back tours by local guides available.
