Celvante Jungle Hostel offers all the amenities of a typical hostel including dorm style accommodations, communal kitchen and living spaces, a full service bar and direct connection with local tours, activities and transportation. All the wildlife that the Osa Peninsula is famous for can be witness from the decks of each of our four-bed caba�as. The hostel is off-grid and features a number of sustainable technologies in action as well as an organic farm and hiking trails. We provide pancakes and coffee as a complimentary breakfast, and our on-site grocery store sells basic food and traveling products. Internet access is available, and our staff speaks Spanish and English.

From downtown Puerto Jimenez, travel south on Highway 245 towards Matapalo and Carate for about 1 1/2 kilometer. Take a right at the 'Jungle Hostel' sign and continue up for another 1 1/2 kilometer until you reach another sign on the left that marks the entrance of the property.
When you arrive in Puerto Jimenez, we run a shuttle service that picks up the BM Supermarket (at the end of the paved road, next to the gas station) at 11am and 5pm. Please feel free to call us for help getting to the hostel, we are happy to arrange affordable transportation.

Celvante Jungle Hostel lies in the hills above Puerto Jimenez, a small town on the Osa Peninsula in southern Costa Rica. As part of the Osa Conservation Area, the property spans twenty-five acres of secondary forest overlooking the Gulfo Dulce and is home to thousands of species of tropical plants and animals. It is a short traveling distance from the acclaimed Corcovado National Park and the world famous surf breaks of Matapalo.
