The house is swathed in the greenery of a 3000 m2 property, with fruit trees, palms, Mediterranean scrub and parking. The back of the house hosts two wood and cane patios, where the three guest rooms have the independent entrances. A ramp leads to the basement, where our guests can place bikes, motorcycles and other equipment free of charge. Some bikes remain at guests' disposal. An open-air shower with fresh well water is available during the Summer. Each room, furnished with functional simplicity, has indipendent access, en-suite bathroom, refrigerator, TV, mosquito net, air conditioning and heating. Each room open out into a private furnished patio, that boasts a table, two chairs and two deckchairs. We are located on the SS 195 km 31+900, a couple of kilometers beyond Pula coming from Cagliari. Our guests can reach Pula and Nora beach also following a minor road free from traffic, that stretches along Agumu bay and Nora lagoon, rich in avifauna. Coming from Cagliari, take the SS195 direction Teulada. You'll drive for approximately 40 km, reaching the town Pula. Don't enter the town but keep driving on the SS195 for other 2 km. We are located directly on this road, on the right hand side, 1.3km after the crossroad to Is Molas, and immediately after the local cooperative 'Terra e Sole', easy to identify for its large sign.

The villa is located directly on the main road from Cagliari (SS 195), 2 km after Pula, in an agricultural area. A car or another means of transportation is needed to reach most of the points of interest. The closest beach is Agumu Bay (approximately 800 mt). Nora and Chia are 3 km and 15 km far, respectively. The closest bus stop is 2 km far in Pula. Downtown Pula is 3 km far, with restaurants, banks, shops, rentals, medical service, pharmacy and any other service you might need.
