Must-Read Hostel Info

This property has specific Terms & Conditions.

CHECK-IN HOURS are only between 8:30am-11pm (08:30-23:00).

WE DO NOT HAVE A 24-HOUR RECEPTION, so if you want to check in later in the evening, you must notify us via e-mail or mobile phone before you arrive.

RESPONDING TO CONFIRMATION E-MAILS IS VERY IMPORTANT.

PAYMENT: IN CASH ONLY. Please prepare cash for payment upon arrival!

If you do not arrive at the hostel or get in contact with us stating that you will be late after the arrival time stated in your booking, we cannot guarantee that your reservation will be saved!

This is not a party hostel. Having fun is certainly encouraged, but loud socializing and drinking after 11pm (23h) inside the hostel is not allowed. Many guests come here to rest and sleep well before leaving very early in the morning, and they deserve to get the restful night that they paid for.

Drinking outside is still legal in Croatia, and there are many beautiful places in Pula where guests can relax, drink, and be as loud as they wish...just not our hostel! :)

Drunken, rowdy, and/or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated at any time.

Our address is Radiceva 16, formerly called 'Omladinska' street. We are in the center of the city.

Please note the following:

CHECK-IN HOURS are between 8:30am-11pm (08:30-23:00).

WE DO NOT HAVE A 24-HOUR RECEPTION, so if you wish to arrive at a different time, you must notify us by responding to our confirmation e-mail or mobile phone at least 1 day (24 hours) in advance. We will gladly accommodate your check-in needs, but timely communication from your end is essential.
Thank you for understanding.

If you are arriving to Pula via airplane, the most convenient way to reach us from the airport is by booking our airport transfer service, or a local taxi. Please e-mail us at least 1 day (24 hours) prior to your arrival day if you wish to book our airport transfer. Please include your flight arrival time and the number of total passengers. There is an 8-person maximum per transfer -- the more passengers per ride, the lower the price for everyone: most.hostelpula@gmail.com

If you opt for the local taxi, be sure to explicitly tell the driver that you need to go to Radiceva street, as they may not understand you due to a language barrier. If possible, show the driver our location on a map.
Local taxi prices range from 120-200kn, depending on the time of the season (peak season is July--early September).
To avoid getting overcharged, be sure to agree on a price BEFORE entering the taxi.

If you wish to take a local bus instead, note that this service unfortunately operates perhaps once a day on weekdays, and 2 times per day on weekends (we do not know why, either). We will post the schedule for 2016 once it is released.

If you are arriving to Pula by BUS, you have 2 options:

1) Take the city bus to the center (Giardini - feel free to ask the driver).
Buses are located in the main bus terminal to which you have arrived. There is a sign on the bus which says 'CENTAR-VERUDELA' or 'CENTAR-STOJA'. You can take either one, as they will both take you to the center, where you need to get off.
It is 3 stops away, but the driver (or other passengers if you ask :)) can tell you where you need to get off (your bus stop is called 'GIARDINI').

Once you get off the bus, walk down Giardini street (towards the McDonald's) until you see it on your left. Continue walking straight, until the first traffic light.
Turn left at this traffic light onto Smareglina street.
Walk straight, turn right at the next street, which is called Svalbina street.
You will see the 'Cafe Bar Bandi' on the right side of the street.
Walk up the street to a set of stairs. Climb up the stairs and you will be on Radiceva street.
Walk straight ahead about 150m, and Most Hostel (building number 16) will be on the right side of the street.

2) Walk. Note that it is a 15-20min walk, so if you are hauling heavy bags, we suggest you take the bus.

Leave the bus station by making a left turn and walking straight until you reach a roundabout with a large metal statue in the middle.
Proceed down the leftmost street (Flavijevska street) and walk past the Amphitheater (note that there is a map located in front of it to assist you).
Keep walking straight until you reach the Roman Arch ('Portarata') on your right. A bit further down, you will find a McDonald's on your left. This is Laginjina Street.
Continue straight, until the first traffic light. Turn left at this traffic light onto Smareglina street.
Walk straight, and turn right at the next street, which is Svalbina street.
You will see the 'Cafe Bar Bandi' on the right side of the street.
Walk up the street to a set of stairs.
Climb up the stairs and you will be on Radiceva street.
Walk straight ahead about 150m and Most Hostel (building number 16) will be on the right side of the street.

If you are confused at any point, please call us!

If you are arriving from the TRAIN station:

Walk from Kolodvorska street to the Amphitheater, which will be visible from the station.
Keep walking straight until you see the Arch on your right side, and a McDonald's a bit further, on your left. This is Laginjina Street.
Continue walking straight, until the first traffic light.
Turn left at this traffic light onto Smareglina street.

The walking distance from the bus & train stations is about 15 minutes, and it is a safe walk through the center of the city.
