Must-Read Hostel InfoThis property has specific Terms & Conditions.
CHECK-IN HOURS are only between 8:30am-11pm (08:30-23:00).
WE DO NOT HAVE A 24-HOUR RECEPTION, so if you want to check in later in the evening, you must notify us via e-mail or mobile phone before you arrive.
RESPONDING TO CONFIRMATION E-MAILS IS VERY IMPORTANT.
PAYMENT: IN CASH ONLY. Please prepare cash for payment upon arrival!
If you do not arrive at the hostel or get in contact with us stating that you will be late after the arrival time stated in your booking, we cannot guarantee that your reservation will be saved!
This is not a party hostel. Having fun is certainly encouraged, but loud socializing and drinking after 11pm (23h) inside the hostel is not allowed. Many guests come here to rest and sleep well before leaving very early in the morning, and they deserve to get the restful night that they paid for.
Drinking outside is still legal in Croatia, and there are many beautiful places in Pula where guests can relax, drink, and be as loud as they wish...just not our hostel! :)
Drunken, rowdy, and/or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated at any time.

Our address is Radiceva 16, formerly called 'Omladinska' street, while CHECK IN and keys pickup is at Riva 2, about 10 mins away.
Both places are in the center of the city, with Riva being at the waterfront..
Please note the following NEW Check IN process!:
CHECK-IN is now possible 24 HOURS through our sister property RIVA HOSTEL, only 10 minutes away (around 800m)!!!
24 HR check in is available from June 1 to Sept 30, at the reception desk of RIVA HOSTEL, Riva 2.
Our employees service both properties and will make sure you are well received, and welcomed with a free drink at our rooftop bar, with LIVE DJ entertainment, as well as explained all the details about Pula and Istria.
You will be given a key for the MOST apartment, after which you can continue hanging out at a very busy and dynamic RIVA HOSTEL, then go to sleep in the peace and quiet of MOST, whenever you feel it.
You can also sign up for a Tour of Istria (35 Euro for 5 towns - amazing value!!), and transfers to beaches, airport etc. all at the Riva Hostel.
Stay for bbq dinner, or come by for a FREE BREAKFAST at Riva, from 8 am to 11am!
If you are arriving to Pula via airplane, the most convenient way to reach us from the airport is by booking our airport transfer service, or a local taxi. Please e-mail us at least 1 day (24 hours) prior to your arrival day if you wish to book our airport transfer, should you not receive an email from us.
Please include your flight arrival time and the number of total passengers. There is an 8-person maximum per transfer -- the more passengers per ride, the lower the price for everyone: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you opt for the local taxi, be sure to explicitly tell the driver that you need to go to RIVA HOSTEL on RIVA street number 2, as they may not understand you due to a language barrier..
Local taxi prices range from 120-200kn, depending on the time of the season (peak season is July--early September).
To avoid getting overcharged, be sure to agree on a price BEFORE entering the taxi.
If you wish to take a local bus instead, note that this service unfortunately operates perhaps once a day on weekdays, and 2 times per day on weekends (we do not know why, either). We will post the schedule for 2016 once it is released.
If you are arriving to Pula by BUS, you can turn left at the bus terminal, walk to the waterfront, then follow the street called RIVA, all the way to the end of the harbor, towards the cranes in the background (shipyard)..
Once the street curves at the end of the waterfront, look for sign Riva Hostel, at Riva 2.
You will be buzzed in, walk inside all the way in, staying on the ground floor, until someone opens the door for you.
If you are confused at any point, please call us!
If you are arriving from the TRAIN station:
Walk from Kolodvorska street towards the waterfront, and walk all the way to the end of Riva street, until it curves (cranes will be in the background).
Look for Riva 2, RIVA HOSTEL sign, ring the door and someone will be with you.
