When we arrived, they had no record of our reservation. Luckily, there was still room for us. The location is pretty good - about 2-3 blocks from the main plaza. It's a bit difficult checking out early in the morning (7:30) because the staff was all asleep and we had to guess at where to go to get their attention. Nicole, from USA ~ 19th Jan 2009
