Ratagan Youth Hostel
Small and intimate Ratagan Youth Hostel has a beautiful lochside location with an enviable view towards the Five Sisters of Kintail from the sitting room. Otters, seals and porpoises can be seen from the garden.
There are low level scrambles and ridge walks all within a short distance of the youth hostel. The garden is ideal for launching kayaks for a paddle in Loch Duich and world famous Eilean Donan Castle is only eight miles away.
Although surrounded by mountains, lochs and forests the hostel is just off the main road, with a bus stop only 1.5 miles away making it easily accessible.
Ratagan offers excellent value group accommodation in multi-share rooms but also has small private rooms for families. There’s a self-catering kitchen, laundry, drying room and bike shed as well as a small shop on site and luggage storage area. Wi-Fi access is free.
